Welcome to Rashid Engineering! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our HVAC services, spare parts supply, and technical support across Bangladesh. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Rashid Engineering provides HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts supply for commercial and industrial clients.
All services are subject to availability and prior agreement via quotation or work order.
We reserve the right to refuse service if safety standards, payment terms, or contractual obligations are not met.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services and spare parts are as per the quoted rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms:
- 50% advance payment may be required for large projects.
- Full payment must be completed before spare parts delivery or service completion unless credit terms apply.
We accept payments via bank transfer, cash (with receipt), or digital payment methods.
Late payments may incur additional charges (as per agreement).

3. Warranty & Liability

Spare Parts Warranty:
- Genuine parts come with a standard manufacturer warranty (subject to brand policies).
- Non-genuine/aftermarket parts may have limited or no warranty.
Service Warranty:
- Labor warranty applies for 30–90 days (depending on service type) unless stated otherwise.
- Warranty voids if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made.
Liability Limitation: Rashid Engineering is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., business losses) arising from service delays or equipment failures.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Service Cancellation:
- Clients must notify at least 24 hours before scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
- For project cancellations, advance payments may be partially refunded after deducting incurred costs.
Spare Parts Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 7 days (with proof of purchase).
- Custom-ordered parts are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and technical documentation (e.g., Trane, Carrier, York) remain the property of their respective owners.
Rashid Engineering’s business materials, quotes, and service manuals are confidential and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, supply chain disruptions).

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Bangladeshi law.
Disputes will first be resolved through mutual negotiation; unresolved issues may escalate to Dhaka courts.
